Call to Order:
The meeting was called to order at by Dave Wallach.

New/Old Business:
1. There are spaces for 16 riders on the 2013 Float. There are still 6 positions available.

2. New pins will arrive before Convention time. They will be 40 cents less than the previous cost.

3. Grand Drawing tickets have arrived.

4. Banner Patches have arrived.

5. Registration for decorating appointments opens August 1, 2012.

6. Kiwanis House will help with publicity.

7. The meeting viewed a PPT Presentation and made comments. Jan will make corrections and bring it back for viewing.

8. Reid questioned how the District is promoting the medallion. Dave is working on this with Pete Horton as they try to figure out a method.

9. We need to reorganize the feeding time to help out Div 1.
