Call to Order:
Meeting called to order by the president at 9:00 am.

Approval of Minutes:
The board minutes were approved as read. LM/DW                           

Treasurer's Report:
The treasurers report, through 4-30-17, was reviewed and approved. RC/LM

Business:
1. The club officers slate for 2017-2019 that was discussed and selected in the club meeting was presented for board approval. It was unanimously accepted.

2. The new president is Dave Wallach, the vice president is Marsha Jackson, the secretary is Ron Cope and the treasurer is Craig Wallace.

3. In a separate matter the board authorized payment of all current bills included in the operating plan and a District RF Committee contribution of $2,000. EA/LM     

4. The president discussed and reaffirmed the KIRF Club’s  authorized practice of conducting fund raisers across Division and District boundaries over the past years. This is a unique authorization granted to the club but does require our strict observance of all customary courteousness to other divisions and clubs.
