Call to Order:
Meeting called to order by the president at 10:00 am.

Approval of Minutes:
The board minutes for the May 20, 2017 meeting were reviewed and approved. DM/RA                     

Treasurer's Report:
The treasurer’s report, with data through May 31, 2017, was reviewed and approved. An estimate was made that $2000 of new income was generated as a result of the three recent Apple-B  events , the Dodger ticket sales, and ornament sales. RA/RC

Business:
1. The board approved 2017-2018 District/Club officer training expenses and a Rose Float club shirt donation to the new Governor who is also a member. DW/DM

2. The board approved a transfer of $3.0K to the Rose Float District Committee for the 2017-2018 Rose Float. DM/DW
