Board Meeting
August 5, 2006



Meeting called to order at 9:00 a.m.

Minutes approved as submitted.

Treasurer's Report:
            $4,783.00 in checking account.
            $4,914.00 in Foundation account.

Statements for dues for 2006-2007 to be sent to members by August 31st.

Club dues are $180.00.

K-I needs to know our total membership by October 1st .

If dues are paid by September 30th, the discount cost is $150.00. Send Rose Float dues to Craig Wallace @ P. O. Box 2635.Plaza Station.Pasadena, CA 91102.

$1,000.00 was approved to send to Rose Float Committee.

Club members needed to staff the booth at San Diego Convention August 17-19. Contact President Dave ASAP.See previous email request for times.

Stan Bowers elected to position of 2nd Vice-President for 2006-2007 year.

Installation party changed from September 23rd to Sunday September 24th at 4:00 p.m. at Casa Blanca restaurant in Hacienda Heights. $20.00 for a great Mexican dinner. RSVP to Kathy Allen @ (626) 793-6953 or Judy Evans @ (626) 799-7117.ASAP.
