Call to Order:
At 10:30am by Jan Robertson.

Approval of Minutes:
The Board Report for October 25,2014 was approved. DW/ RR.

Treasurer's Report:
The Treasurers Report through October 31,2014 was reviewed and approved. RC/ DW.


Discussion Items:
1. Several items not requiring board action were discussed. Bob Lagunas reviewed status of Flap-Jack breakfast. He is expecting to sell 200 tickets. Jan Robertson discussed several additional events for 2015. The group discussed Rose Float hell-week housing requirements for Circle- K volunteers. Several members volunteered to assist.  



New Business:
1. The need for a Division 19 Interclub to discuss Rose Float Activities was reviewed. Attendees who volunteered were Larry, Jan/Ron Robertson and Dave Wallach.
